December 13th 1940 as D-AEAV flown from Travemünde to Papendrecht.
December 20th 1940 flown from Schellingwoude (seaplane base at Amsterdam) to Travemunde to be tested by the E-Stelle.
1941 entered service with Seenotstaffel 6.
August 30th 1941 flown from Travemunde to Kopenhagen as KD+GA.
November 1941 destroyed in the Gulf of Bunbah (Tobruk) as the Germans retreated in North Africa.
